Weeds growing on the greens. Greens feel like they have never seen a roller. Golf cart was struggling to make it up the slightest incline. Overall has the look and feel of a course in a downwards spiral. It's a pity because with a bit of investment it could be a great course.
course was kept terrible, greens were horrible, prices are way overpriced, customer service was below average, greedy, golf cart kept stalling and was barley moving at times, overall i am never coming back to this course and recommend nobody to. there is so many better courses around haldimand/norfolk that you can go for the same price or cheaper even.
Ran into issues with an older employee, Dean, and I have never seen someone speak so poorly to a customer. Not only did he talk down to our group for a full 10 minutes straight, but he rummaged through our bags. While we tried to be understanding and apologize for any misunderstandings, he made it clear that he did not want to hear any of it. Very disappointed in how this situation was handled. For the price we paid ($70 for 18 holes and a cart), the course itself wasn’t maintained, carts were faulty, and management was very rude. We will not be returning.
Worst golf course ever, greens are terrible, carts are falling apart and employees don’t have no respect for any customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING A SINGLE HOLE HERE
The greens are absolutely botched, weeds growing through the greens looks like people have actually been so upset with the condition that they get mad and hack at their greens with a wedge . I play this golf course every year and every year it's worse . It's easily a 25$ for 18 holes and a garbage 25 year old golf cart. Your greens keeper and who ever is suppose to keep control of your fescue is the worst in haldimand norfolk County guaranteed the worst golf course around.
The course is beautiful but not maintained well. The owner is rude and speaks out of line. I wouldn't recommend this course. Reply to owner: No idea about damages. We were a group of 3 with no one behind us. You also don't know which day I played because I didn't book the tee off, so you are literally lieing . You yelled at us for packing our beverages. Which we knew we were wrong for. You then continued to be rude after we apologized 2 times. Continuing the argument for no good reason.after reading many reviews it seems you have zero customer service. And at Fairles Contracting we have an excellent reputation unlike your own
